One-Year Limited Parts Warranty
Euro Auto Parts Pro Inc. (EAPP)
Warrantor: Euro Auto Parts Pro Inc.
Euro Auto Parts Pro Inc. ("EAPP," "we," or "us") offers a One-Year Limited Parts Warranty on eligible automotive replacement parts purchased directly from EAPP.
This voluntary limited warranty provides coverage for qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended vehicle operation, subject to the terms and exclusions below.
1. Warranty Coverage Period
Eligible products are covered for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
A warranty claim must be submitted to EAPP within this one-year period. A claim submitted on time may continue to be evaluated and resolved after the warranty period expires.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship that cause an eligible automotive replacement part to fail during normal use.
Coverage may apply to parts that have been installed and used, provided they were:
- Selected for the correct vehicle application.
- Properly installed and maintained.
- Operated within the vehicle manufacturer's intended factory specifications.
- Used under normal operating conditions.
Installation by an independent repair shop or qualified mechanic does not automatically disqualify a product from coverage.
Commercial on-road use, including delivery, rideshare, or fleet operation, is not automatically excluded when the vehicle and part remain within their intended factory operating specifications.
3. Products Excluded From This Limited Warranty
The following product categories are excluded from EAPP's voluntary One-Year Limited Parts Warranty:
- Electrical and electronic components.
- Automotive fluids, oils, lubricants, and other liquid products.
- Special-order or individually sourced products, unless EAPP expressly confirms warranty coverage in writing before purchase.
These exclusions apply only to EAPP's voluntary limited warranty and do not eliminate any rights or remedies provided under applicable law.
4. Conditions and Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by or attributable to:
- Normal wear and tear or the expected end of a product's service life.
- Improper installation, maintenance, or use.
- Incorrect vehicle application or part selection.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications that cause or contribute to the failure.
- Vehicle modifications or operating conditions that cause or contribute to the failure.
- Racing, track use, competitive motorsports, or operation outside the vehicle manufacturer's intended factory specifications.
- Excessive loads, temperatures, pressures, or other operating conditions beyond the product's intended specifications.
- External vehicle defects or mechanical issues unrelated to a defect in the purchased part.
Premature wear resulting from a qualifying defect in materials or workmanship may be covered.
The presence of an aftermarket modification or installation by an independent mechanic does not, by itself, establish that a warranty claim is excluded. EAPP will evaluate the cause of the reported failure.
A vehicle diagnosis or repair recommendation does not, by itself, establish that a replacement part is defective.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty assistance, email:
Please include:
- Your EAPP order number or other information allowing us to verify the purchase.
- The product name or part number.
- A description of the reported defect or failure.
- Relevant photographs or videos, when available.
EAPP may request additional information, such as installation details or diagnostic findings, when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
A physical receipt is not required when EAPP can verify the purchase through its order records.
EAPP aims to provide an initial response to warranty inquiries within 3 business days.
Submitting a claim does not automatically establish warranty eligibility. Claims are subject to reasonable review and, when necessary, product inspection.
6. Warranty Inspection and Return Shipping
EAPP may request that a product be returned for inspection when reasonably necessary to determine warranty eligibility.
If a return is required, EAPP will provide:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return instructions and the designated return address.
- A prepaid standard return shipping label.
EAPP covers the standard return shipping cost for authorized warranty inspections, including shipments originating from Alaska and Hawaii.
The customer must arrange for the return package to be accepted by the carrier within 14 calendar days after receiving the RMA and shipping instructions. An extension may be requested before the deadline.
Products should be securely packaged to prevent transit damage. Original manufacturer packaging is not required for a warranty claim.
When a customer properly uses EAPP's prepaid label and reasonably packages the product, loss or damage during return transit will not automatically disqualify the claim. EAPP may request proof of carrier acceptance and will coordinate any necessary carrier investigation.
7. Approved Warranty Claims
If EAPP determines that an eligible product has a qualifying defect covered by this limited warranty, EAPP will provide one of the following remedies, at EAPP's discretion:
Replacement: A replacement of the covered product, with standard replacement shipping paid by EAPP.
Refund: A full, non-prorated refund of the original purchase price of the covered product.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law. The customer's payment provider may require additional processing time.
EAPP covers standard shipping for approved warranty replacements to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
8. Replacement Product Availability
If the original product is unavailable or discontinued, EAPP may offer a compatible replacement of equivalent quality and function.
An alternative replacement may have a different brand or part number. EAPP will obtain the customer's approval before shipping an alternative product.
If the customer declines the proposed alternative or no suitable replacement is available, EAPP will issue a full, non-prorated refund of the original covered product purchase price.
A replacement provided under this limited warranty is covered only for the remaining portion of the original one-year warranty period, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The replacement does not restart the warranty period.
9. Warranty Claims Involving Core Charges
For a covered replacement part purchased with a core charge:
- An approved warranty replacement will not require the customer to pay a second core deposit.
- EAPP may request return of the defective part using a prepaid standard shipping label.
- If EAPP provides a warranty refund instead of a replacement, the original product purchase price will be refunded.
- Any outstanding original core deposit remains subject to EAPP's Core Return Policy and its eligibility requirements.
- A core charge already refunded will not be refunded a second time.
10. Denied Warranty Claims
If EAPP determines that a submitted product does not qualify for coverage after inspection, EAPP will notify the customer of the reason.
The customer will have 7 calendar days from the notification to arrange return shipping at their own expense.
If return arrangements are not made within that period, EAPP may handle the unclaimed product as permitted by applicable law.
A denied claim does not limit any independent rights or remedies the customer may have under applicable law.
11. Labor and Additional Expenses
This is a parts-only limited warranty.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EAPP does not reimburse costs associated with:
- Labor for installation, removal, or reinstallation.
- Vehicle diagnosis or inspection by third parties.
- Towing or roadside assistance.
- Rental vehicles or alternative transportation.
- Vehicle downtime or loss of use.
- Other incidental or consequential expenses.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Relationship to Other Warranties and Legal Rights
This One-Year Limited Parts Warranty is provided voluntarily by Euro Auto Parts Pro Inc. and is separate from EAPP's standard Return & Refund Policy.
Manufacturer warranties, if any, may provide additional coverage under their own terms.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Nothing in this warranty is intended to disclaim or limit any implied warranty or other consumer right in a manner prohibited by applicable federal or state law.
